By accessing or using findam.co, our mobile applications, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using FindAm immediately.
✅ By creating an account, posting a listing, making a booking, or simply browsing FindAm, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

FindAm is Cameroon's #1 online marketplace connecting buyers and vendors. We allow vendors to list products, services, properties and jobs, and allow buyers to discover and contact them.

🔞 3. Eligibility (18+)
To use FindAm you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using FindAm under the laws of Cameroon
- Provide accurate and truthful information
🚫 If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use FindAm. If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be immediately suspended.
👤 4. User Accounts
To post listings, make bookings, or access certain features, you must create a FindAm account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and not share your account.
One Account Per Person
Each person may only maintain one FindAm account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions will result in all accounts being suspended.
🏪 5. Vendor Rules & Responsibilities
Accuracy
- All listings must accurately represent what's being sold
- Prices must be the actual prices — hidden fees not permitted
- Photos must be of the actual item
- Condition (New/Used) must be stated accurately
Transactions
- FindAm connects buyers and vendors — transactions happen directly
- You are responsible for completing sales you agree to
- You must honor prices shown on your listings
⚠️ Vendors who consistently fail to respond, post inaccurate listings, or receive multiple reports may have their accounts suspended.
🛒 6. Buyer Rules & Responsibilities
- Contact vendors only with genuine purchase intent
- Treat vendors with respect
- Inspect items carefully before payment
- Meet in safe, public places
- Never make advance payments to unverified vendors
- Report suspicious listings or vendors

🚫 7. Prohibited Content & Activities
Prohibited Items
- Illegal weapons, drugs, controlled substances
- Counterfeit or fake products
- Stolen goods
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Endangered animals or wildlife products
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Prescription medications without valid prescription
Prohibited Activities
- Scamming, fraud or deception
- Creating fake listings
- Collecting payments without delivering goods
- Impersonating others
- Spam, harassment, hate speech
- Money laundering
🚨 FindAm has zero tolerance for fraud. Any vendor scamming buyers will be banned and reported to Cameroonian authorities including ANTIC.
📦 8. Listing Rules
Listings expire automatically after 90 days. Vendors receive an email notification before expiry. Listings can be renewed for free, unlimited times.
FindAm reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or receives multiple reports.
📅 9. Booking & Appointment System
For Service Providers
- Set accurate availability
- Respond to booking requests within 24 hours
- Repeated no-shows may result in suspension
For Buyers
- Bookings are not confirmed until provider accepts
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance
- FindAm is not responsible for service quality
💰 10. Payments & Fees
Basic use of FindAm is free. Vendors can post listings and buyers can browse at no cost.
Paid Features
- Featured Listings — Pay to boost visibility
- Vendor Subscriptions — Premium plans
- Booking Deposits — Optional for service bookings
FindAm accepts MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money. All payments in FCFA (XAF).
💬 11. WhatsApp Communications
By providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to being contacted by buyers. Your number will be visible on your listings. FindAm does not monitor your WhatsApp conversations.
⚠️ Never share passwords or banking PINs via WhatsApp. FindAm will never ask for your password.
©️ 12. Intellectual Property
The FindAm name, logo, design and all associated content are our intellectual property. When you post content, you grant FindAm a license to display it on our platform.
⚖️ 13. FindAm's Role & Liability
FindAm is a marketplace platform. We connect buyers and vendors but are not a party to any transaction. We do not buy, sell, or handle any products or money.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Cameroon, FindAm shall not be liable for losses from user transactions, fraudulent listings, data loss, or any indirect damages.
🔐 14. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend your account if you violate these Terms, post prohibited content, engage in fraud, receive 3+ verified reports, create multiple accounts, or harass others.
To appeal a suspension, contact noelnkwain@gmail.com or +237 681 703 716. We respond within 7 business days.
🤝 15. Disputes Between Users
FindAm is not a party to disputes between buyers and vendors. If a dispute arises:
- Try to resolve directly via WhatsApp
- If unresolved, contact us at +237 681 703 716
- For fraud, report to Cameroonian authorities or ANTIC
⚖️ 16. Governing Law — Cameroon
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cameroon.
